  • This company is nothing but a scam!!! My dishwasher has never worked in my house and finally need to get it repaired. So I called Amana which is whirlpool and Whirlpool sent me a service guy out from Dino's Appliance the guy actually called me before he was coming out and asked me what the problem was and I said it's either the latch in the front of the unit or it's something else. He said does it sound like there's running water and I said absolutely not there's no water running through it he said okay I'll be out. He comes into my home is in there for 5 minutes to tell me that my pump is bad and it is going to cost $387 to repair wow I said let me think about that and he hands me my bill for $105 for 5 minutes when he could have told me that the pump wasn't working when he was on the phone and he asked me about it so its obvious, now of course that he knew exactly what was wrong but couldnt charge me if he told me over the phone the pump was bad now could he? This company is b******* I wouldn't recommend them to anybody.
