  • When you realize that you have nothing to complain about, that is the same time that you realize that you've received perfect service. From start to finish, the employees at Enterprise were paragons of exemplary service. Some exceptional points to mention: 1. I received a free upgrade from a full size to a beautiful Nissan Rogue SUV. 2. Their quoted price was exactly the same as the final. No hidden fees. I don't need to think twice about where I'm going to rent from the next time I'm in town!
