  • Mariya sold our house with her photographs, above anything else. Of course, she gave us vital staging requests, and she helped us throughout the negotiation process with ease. She is a wonderful realtor at all stages. However, my biggest compliment comes with her presentation of the house in her photos. With so many realtors showing homes in Champaign-Urbana, the photos of the home are vital to sell people on coming to the house in the first place. NOBODY takes as good of pictures in our area. The photos were bright and inviting. Great wide angles and colors. And she spends money to add as many pictures as possible to web sites advertising the house. Add to that her self-created video walking tour of the ENTIRE house, and people get an excellent idea of the home before viewing. Couldn't be happier about what she does up front to sell the home. You will not go wrong with her as your realtor. Highly recommend.
