| - I used to go to this car wash about 8-10 a year, always had great experience and service. The last two times have been pretty bad compared to previous visits. I'm normally not the type to bash a company because they don't meet my expectations the first go around so I figured I'd try them again today. What a mistake...I get there today at about 12:30 pm with 3 cars ahead of mine, no problem. I sit outside watching the cars ahead of me come out and they start on them within a minute or two. I see mine is next up to the drying line once they're done with the car ahead of mine. Now I'm starting to see other cars that came in after mine come and go, wtf? So after 30 minutes I talk to the manager who proceeds to tell me that it's winter time and there won't be any water spots once the were done. I kept trying to tell him I wasn't talking about that, I asked why is mine still sitting there when other cars that came after me are done and gone? He laughs and walks away. So now I'm getting a wee bit aggravated but decide to let it go since they have now started on my truck. He waves me over to tell me it's done, I walk over and immediately notice there were water spots still...Hood, bumper, D Door and bed panels all had water spots. Once he's done wiping those areas I get in and leave. Probably should've inspected the inside too, floor mats, console, interior door handles, arm rest were all dirty. Oh also, the console lid a nice shiny coat on it after telling them I want everything wiped down with a wet rag, no armor all or whatever it is they use. Now I'm back at work and notice they never used the compressed air on my mirrors and bed rails so now I get to wash my truck again since I'll never go back. Shame too, they used to be one of the best in the east valley/Chandler area.
