Probably the worse Starbucks in franchise/corporate history. Too many people behind the counter not doing their jobs. One cashier with 20+ people in line and 8 people behind the counter just with blank expresions. Went in on Sunday 9/7/2015 at 10:46 a.m., ordered my tall regular coffee, a ham and cheese fold over and paid in full. It was 11:06 a.m. and no coffe or fold over. People behind me were being dispatched and leaving. I asked if I could get my coffee and fold over, the cashier was really annoyed. She then got another employee to get my coffee and my foldover. The foldover was thrown at me. The coffe was luke warm and the foldover so over microwaved that it was too hard to eat. If Starbucks in Seattle knew of the shoddy way customers are being treated, they would be disappointed! I'm disappointed. Hope this store gets it's act together!
