  • Came in on a weeknight after work for a quick coffee. The place was completely empty, and I know exactly why.The owner/server was extraordinarily rude. Do NOT provide him with your business. He was so abrupt and negative and "nickel and dimed" everything. I asked for a coffee with a lot of milk and suggested that he give me the bigger size up. Most places won't charge for that. However, my purveyor of java said snidely "milk is more expensive" and grunted. I said fine. Then I was told that it was cash only. I asked if the interac machine sitting in front of me wasn't working, and he said that he just wasn't doing any of those transactions at this time. I told him that I would go to the bank, but when he suggested that we forget it, I agreed. By the way, I'll "forget" your place too. Totally ruined the evening.
