  • Well, I'd have to say that I'm not sure why they've been getting so many negative reviews, but all I can say about this place is "fantastic"! I bought my X3 just over a year ago, and have nothing but positive experiences with the dealership. It is a used vehicle, and I've had it in various times (mostly for minor things), and have experienced quality service each time - thank you RON DAVIS!! (my advisor). Just up there the other day, and my salesman, Jerry Peyman (which I hadn't seen in at least 8 months), remembered me by name. I usually go to the service department on Saturdays, because I know the loaner availability is high on weekends, and I've NEVER been charged for a loaner - just had to refill with gas. Quality of service has been great (although i will admit, sometimes the youngsters that help out in the service area can be a little slow), and I've never had problems. Would definitely buy another vehicle from this dealership based on the group of people I've been able to work with.
