rev:text	Just moved out after staying at CC for a year. Have to say it was one of my best living experiences. What really made the difference was the staff that works here. It's like a huge happy family lol. I really liked the fact that the staff lived in the apt complex and that they frequently have special events which brings the community together (this is a 500 unit complex). The exterior look of the buildings are average, not that there is anything wrong with it, but just personal preference. It's not the most modern looking property, but it's not bad either. The facilities like the common room and office are really nice. The gym equipment were all functional and modern. It's not the biggest gym, but I never ran into problems of having to wait for a certain piece of equipment to use. There's 3 pools on the property so it was never full. The entire property was maintained in excellent condition and clean. I rented a 2bd 2ba and thought it was great. The appliances weren't the newest, but they worked. When things did have problems, the maintenance staff was quick to address it (same day or the next). The unit itself was in the middle of the property and it was really quiet. I never felt any sense of danger living here. The community seems quite safe with several residents living there long-term. When I say safe, can't say that I recall any incidents happening there. In the weekly newspaper they have a crime section and nothing ever happens at CC, just around it. In summary, if you're looking for a spacious apartment with garage, reasonable rent, excellent management, friendly neighbors, quiet, safe and clean place to live, you should really consider CC.
