  • If I could give them zero stars - I would. I purchased a back patio door through Home Depot and Greencraft is the company that does their installations. To be fair, Home Depot also dropped the ball with my order but Greencraft was also terrible. It was nearly impossible to ever get anyone on the phone, despite their hours starting at 7:00am. I also could never get a call back when I left a voicemail so I just had to keep trying. My home was burglarized and my back door was left mangled and I essentially did not have a back door so I wanted one installed ASAP. Home Depot told me it could be done on a certain date and that Greencraft would contact with specifics. On the day I was told it would be installed I was finally called by Greencraft around 4:00pm and told all they would be doing was measuring and the earliest I could get my door installed was more than a week later. Jesse, the guy who did my measurements, was very pleasant and polite. He was the only thing about the company that wasn't terrible. Their customer service is terrible. I now understand their policy of measure appointment first then door installation - my only problem was that it was never communicated to me and I was told I would have measurements and installation done the same day - especially considering I informed them I had no back door!!! I would not recommend them. Terrible service and a waste of time.
