  • John helped us and was a perfect gentleman. He offered add-ons, but was nice about it. When the rate we had did not match up with their computers, he supported us when his colleagues said that our rate did not include tax. In the end, it took a lot longer to figure things out, but not only did I somehow get a lower rate, but I also got an upgraded car b/c they ran out of my class. Win! O, and let's not forget that spousal driver add on is free with Alamo.
