  • Exceptional service. When choosing what dealership to purchase my first "nice car" from service was a significant factor. I was torn between Lexus and Coulter Infiniti, the level of convenience and service at Infiniti won me over. This week I had out of state family in town, booked all week. The concierge service came to my home to exchange a loaner car and took mine back for maintenance, I can't express how much I appreciated not having to arrange car maintenance around family. Communication and expectations were clear, both exchanges were easy. I would highly recommend this dealership.
