  • The last four days in a row, the temperature has been over 100 degrees. Yesterday it hit 115. This miserable weather has driven ants charing into our house. They are coming in from every angle in every room. I called Bulwark to come out for a spot check. The technician was supposed to be here by 4. He wasn't. It was a let down. Before I had a chance to get mad, I received a call from Robb W. He said that a co-worker called in sick and he had to cover his shift. He got here at 6:30. You would think I would be mad, but not at all. I felt so bad. This guy had been working a double shift in 115 degrees. I was feeling heat sick, just going to the gas station. This first thing I did was offer him a water. Robb W. was so thankful, you would have thought I handed his 500 bucks. He did a great job. He was so polite and professional. By the way, last week we had another problem and called out a technician. I was out of town but my husband said the other guy was just as nice. I really wish we had gotten his name.
