  • I called Aire Serv after being told by another company I needed to replace my entire furnace. Don showed up right on time as promised. Simply re-lit the pilot light, set the T-Stat to call for heat and the furnace fired right up. The other company said the thermocouple was bad and they couldn't replace it due to the age of my furnace. I suspect they were trying the classic "bait and switch". Thanks Don for having integrity and being honest.
