  • This is for the owner of this establishment, my sister, my niece and daughter were there today, let me say that their feedback was not at all pleasant to hear. You made it clear that you were the owner, but lack the professionalism to give proper hospitality in a place of fun! The silent uncomfortable staring you gave to our party is not at all appreciated and I deeply regret spending ANY money at your place of business. The fact that not even a goodbye was given yet the hello was very prominent makes me think there might be an underlying prejudiced attitude to you. I hope you can understand how upset I am when I try to give my girls a nice play date and have to hear about this encounter. Shame on you for making them uncomfortable.
