I don't do a lot of reviews, but this has to be one of the most poorly managed ERs I've been too in the daytime on Monday. I was sent to the hospital from urgent care for chest pains. Parking is horrible and once you get in, your greeted by moody front desk personnel. Don who is the triage nurse is rude, no empathy and feels like he just trying to get to lunch over the health of the patients. Said on my way out, we're here 24/7.. wow. Almost everyone I got there with was still there after 3hrs of waiting for help. About the only time I heard my name was for billing from a lady who didn't even say my name correctly. How can you bill me when you haven't even cared for my health. I read the reviews before I went today, but BEWARE they are no joke of the low customer service and no kind of SLAs on helping patients unless you come by ambulance. I ended up leaving and hoping for better service at a non Honor Health hospital. If I could give less than one star it would still be too kind to the way they treated me and other patients waiting. Left a message with the Director of ER Andrea R. but doubt it will be taken seriously as it should.
