Rats, was hoping Towbin service was on a comeback. I have had a couple of years of good service and now this. Made an appointment for Oil change, new tires, and to fix my door lock that is covered by warranty. Appointment time at 9:30 AM and I am told they don't have the tires so it might be a while and suggest that since my warranty covers rental I should get a rental and go home. I do this and give them the entire day. I never hear from them so I call at 4:00PM, I'm told they just got the tires and need to do alignment so 5:00. Ok get there at 5:15...still not ready....6:00PM finally get my truck back and guess what they never fixed the lock! Told me it was probably my key...really? Only one door lock? Even I know that's not possible. Basically they never bothered to look at it and now I have to go back another time to get this fixed. Certainly not all 10's and II even let Jose know I wasn't giving him all 10's
