I thought these were the greatest machines Ive ever used, however after searching through out San Diego, and calling the Vita Mix Corporation in Ohio to find another machine to replace one that broke, I got an ear full, and no information, rather than get information on where I can purchase another machine.
The older lady was telling me that I had a home machine and not a commercial machine and that my 10 Vita Mixes were not NSF approved.
A few years ago, the owner of Vita mix (who I cant find Now) never explained this to me.
Now I have 10 of these blenders, and the lady at corporate explained that vita mixes that are not commercial do not have the guarantee when used in a business.
I am flabergasted over this, and will never buy another Vita mix. So basically I have $4G worth of equipment I now have to sell to go to a NSF blender....The owner of Vita Mix needs to get a hold of me before I release or cancel this post...
