I know whoever reads these bad reviews may not believe it, but this is my honest review. Courtney Village does not follow the Fair Housing Act or Americans with Disabilities Act. They do not accommodate but rather discriminate against the disabled. I had such a hard time living here that the Veteran's Affairs sent me a caregiver to assist me. I am a 21 year old disabled veteran. I am not senile nor am I pretentious; I just wanted a place to put down my pack. I will be honest the apartments themselves are beautifully designed but that is the only good thing about these apartments. The staff will ignore you at all costs. Maintenance takes many months, if they even come at all. Once you sign that lease, you are garbage. Also gun shots are a common occurrence, so if you aren't used to that, it might bother you. I wouldn't recommend this apartment to any of my friends, especially to my fellow wounded warriors.
P.s. I have a lot of documentation of the many laws that have been broken by this establishment, and have many state officials behind me. If you have experienced the same treatment, please contact me. I intend to get justice for the disabled. After the treatment I have experienced, I don't expect this apartment complex to continue to be in business for much longer.
