  • You will not find a better "bang for your buck" in Uptown Charlotte than the Catalyst. I have been here over four years, and I have had few complaints. Having moved from a "frat house" type of apartment complex in South End, the Catalyst is ideal for professionals, and it is very safe. The office staff, concierge, and maintenance are extremely accommodating and speak to residents by name. Grant (office), Derek (concierge), and Hernando and Brandon (maintenance) are always on top of making sure the property is always at its best. Many upgrades have been made lately (new pool grills, carpet, gym equipment), and I expect there are more to come. My only complaint is that the parking is not assigned, however that is not under their control. If you're in the market for an uptown apartment, this is definitely worth a look!
