  • On 11/3/2015 I wrote a negative review about this company. Even though, I have not heard from the owner, Albert, regarding that review I would like to revise it. This company installed wood laminate and porcelain tile in my home 6 months ago, the wood laminate started to separate and bubble in a few places, I called Albert and he said it was due to too much moisture, I wasn't sure what he meant by that, but that's how my complaint was handled. I have since discovered through the World Wide Web, the cause of my floors separating had nothing to do with the product and everything to do with me wet mopping them. I do, however, still feel my complaint could have been handled differently, customer service should not end with the final payment, but in fairness to Dream Design their work and their product was all good.
