Don't bother with Napleton's. I waited 2.5 hours for an oil change and a tire rotation on a scheduled appointment. I had relayed to them before the appointment that they needed to figure out how the service plan I have through Hyundai was going to pay them because the LAST time I was there they couldn't figure it out and forced me to pay out of pocket. It was a simple phone call they would've had to make to ensure they got paid and the customer was happy. I never heard anything about it and wrongfully assumed they did their job and handled the payment situation through Hyundai.
Of course, no one bothered to actually call Hyundai until the car was already being serviced. I told the service staff the car had to have an oil change and tire rotation but to look at the car and let me know what else needed to be done as the car is at the 30,000 mile mark (I knew the extraneous work may not be covered under the service plan and would gladly pay for that work). Two and a half hours later I demanded my keys and told them I would have the rest of the service done at my home dealer whom I trust.
Once again, Napleton's tried getting me to pay for an oil change and tire rotation out of pocket (which are covered under the service plan I have). After all, they can just pocket my money AND bill the plan and make twice as much money, right? And who cares about the customer' time, it's certainly not worth anything to them.
Nice try Napleton's.
