Service is great. Until you've paid fir it and have gone on your way.
I had a very expensive after market stereo system installed a few months ago. It wasn't working correctly and the outside contractor came to my house and fixed it. A few months later I'm still having problems, so I called the dealership. I drove down to the dealership, and was told someone from the contractor would call me and come to my house. Wasted trip number one.
Next day I still hadn't heard, and called the dealership. They swore they would find out what's going on, and get back to me. Wasted phone call number two.
That was almost two weeks ago. Apparently they aren't in the least but interested in standing by their work once they've collected the money.
They have lost me as a customer for good. And I paid way too much money for a half-baked system that only partially works some of the time.
