  • Woodman's Madison West location has the largest selection of almost everything I buy and then some! The selection of staples, canned goods and dairy products is amazing. I cook a lot so I can't comment on frozen or prepared foods, but the things I'm looking for to cook with are there and in many sizes, brands and varieties. The produce is hit or miss. The meat section is OK for big name packaged meat but the meat counter and deli are not where I prefer to shop for my meat and deli items. Pricing is great on almost everything I buy and the staff have always been friendly. The store has a bit of a "big box store" feel to it and they do not accept credit cards. This last trip I bought chicken chorizo sausage for a recipe and when I got home I found the "use or freeze by" date was two months ago - 9/18/15. Bummer. Will be returning it.
