Took my father (on his birthday), mother, and brother to see the new Star Wars film today. Unfortunately the service was not good. Even though we arrived at 10:30 and placed our orders while the theater was still mostly empty, our food didn't come out until well after the movie had already started at 11:10. And then they only brought 3 of the 4 dishes out, and none of our drinks. We had to hit the call button twice before we finally got our complete order. Our server Brandy was great but clearly stressed as it appeared they didn't have enough people working with her. I requested a refill of my mixed bowl of popcorn halfway through the film and got a cold bowl of only one of the flavors 25 minutes later. I would have expected to see a manager checking the theater or apologizing for the service but never saw one. Picture wise, the image on the screen was way too dark at times too, it seemed like there was nobody who had taken the time to view the film and adjust the picture prior to the viewing. It made what should have been an enjoyable experience a bit less so. Extra surprising considering we were going to a matinee showing that was their first one of the day. It is otherwise a very nice theater though, with a nice food and drink selection. A bit overpriced, but that is perhaps to be expected.
