I used to recommend this shop to everyone, but after today I strongly advise against it.
I bought an aspire AIO unit 8 days ago. I noticed within a couple days that it was leaking but didn't have time til today to go back. Turns out the glass had a hairline fracture in it causing the leak. The kicker? They would NOT replace it!
While I understand and appreciate a company's right to a strict No Refund No Return policy, customer satisfaction should be at the top of the list. They sold me a broken product and would not remedy the issue. I was told that because I didn't come back right away, there was nothing that could be done besides give a discount on something else. I got there when I had the time to go back. So not only was I inconvenienced, it was now a total waste of my time. Keep in mind, this is within 10 days of me buying the new unit. I was told to either tape it or buy something else. Why would I spend more money on something else that could be broken too?
I'm seriously disappointed in the lack of empathy this company had for the situation. I have never experienced this before and refuse to support companies who won't back their products up, especially when it's within a legitimate grace period. If I had the option to leave no stars, I would have.
