  • I stopped by the complex this morning and there was a sign on the door that they weren't going to open for an extra 1/2 hour. I called later in the day to find out about a floorplan that they had advertised for $955/month and was "Available Now". Turns out the price is really $980 and not available for 2 months. They should advertise what is true and not try the old "bait and switch". If they treat their prospective tenants like this; I can't imagine how they treat the tenants that live there. Lastly, this gated community had the gate wide open before the office was supposed to be open.
