  • This store sets the bar for customer service. Yes, I guarantee you that there is no where else that you receive such horrible customer service than at this Verizon Corporate store! They are incredibly rude, dismissive, rude, and don't have any desire to keep your business. In fact, after calling Verizon's Clie t Retention Team and hearing how much they also don't care, we are moving over to AT&T.
