  • I had family in last year and we came here and had fun sampling the various flavors from around the world and getting pictures with the polar bear. They were back in town a few days ago so we went back. I am not sure what has changed. The store and the staff seemed disorganized and the customer service was abysmal. Not sure if we will be back.
