  • I scheduled an appointment weeks in advance. Upon arrival, they told me that one of the two technicians had not shown up. Rather than calling me to reschedule, they made me wait through two full pedicures, with my fingers burning in acetone. The place was really gross, filthy, with bits of trash (like packaging materials and used cotton balls) all over the floor. The woman did not even give me a full manicure -- she just wrapped my fingers in paper towels and kitchen tin foil and acetone, let me sit like that for an hour (even after I complained of my fingers burning), and then removed the old shellac and put on new shellac. She didn't do my cuticles at all, no massage, nothing. She put on the shellac too think on one hand so a few of the nails wrinkled and rather than removing and starting over, she just put more shellac over the ends, leading to this weird/lumpy/uneven color/texture situation on my left hand. I would've returned and had it redone but I didn't want to step foot in there again. I'm significantly put off that I didn't .want to go back and have the second manicure at all. I asked for and received my first credit from Groupon.
