| - Save yourself the grief if you think the oncology vet is going to help you, she will paint blue skies and daisies, but when she delivers, its poison ivy and golf ball size hail, and the hospital itself is not much better, after a treatment, which was to be a quick procedure, and not have any ill effects on my dog(HA), I take my dog home only to return with a violently ill dog 2 hours later, oopsie he must be one of the unlucky ones who is allergic to the treatment, fast forward to 3 people looking at me holding my dog wondering if they were going to help, first the vet said not me, and tried to pass the blame to my vet, the technician had to do an estimate first and I had to pay before they would treat my dog, and the nice lady showed me how easy it was to get pet credit and how easy it was for them to rack that card up, and I was charged for 3 pages worth of charges and even with their $100.00 extra for incidentals, the next day I still owed another $75.00, because the $1400.00 I paid the previous day was not enough, and get this did you know it costs $57.00 for them to check your dog's blood pressure. After all this I finally am able to see my dog, the young lady who checked me out tried to double bill me for a prescription I had already paid for(also count the pills they give you as the shorted me on a antibiotic), She found out quickly that I did indeed paid for the pills and she tucked tail to retrieve said pills with a food sample for my dog(never got that), After leaving with my dog and getting home I noticed that my dog had fecal matter on the back of his legs, and I do not believe they fed my dog in 24 hours he was there as he could not get his fill and I was to limit his food intake, in the end if you like throwing your money away(I consider the $1400.00 I spent as a life lesson)this is the place for you, if you love your pet go anywhere else, hell drive to Akron, but whatever you do leave this place in your rear view mirror, And I have the bills and vet references to back my rating, but I do not have my buddy. Added 2/2/2017 You may also be contacted by the office manager after your experience, and you may believe that she is calling to help you she is not, she is only calling to sharpen their skills, so that they maximize profit from each pet owner, She was only worried on how they could do better next time, there will not be a next time for me in this place!
