  • Please note that I haven't used their services, but visited a few weeks ago with a pair of suit pants asking about repairing a hole. The man working (Vincent perhaps), was seated in the back and unenthusiastically approached the counter to see me. I explained that I had already taken the pants to another alterations shop, and was told that the hole could not be fixed, but just wanted a second opinion. He just agreed in a way that made me feel inadequate for even asking. Overall, I felt that I put significantly more effort being friendly and pleasant than the business itself which is a major negative in my book.
