  • I was refered here by a friend to get a 24ch mackie mixing board repaired and cleaned. I get there and the lady at the front tells me ...Im going to put an "estimate" of $400.... that was before I even said what was wrong or what I needed. So I tell her whats wrong.... THEN, I asked how long it woukd take.... she says they are about 2 weeks out but that if I wanted she can place a "RUSH" on it for another $50..... I didnt go with the RUSH order....I said it was fine and I would wait the two weeks... I dropped it off Tueday afternoon and they called me Thursday morning and said it was done..... WOW... (what happened to the two weeks out?) ... I come and pick it up.... of course they charge me the $400 that was estimated.... then they show me my board..... I grab it and take it out side to see in the sunlight...... yeah the knobs were clean but the back was still dirty.... there was a piece of gum on the side..,.. they didnt rekove some old tape that was on there..... I showed this to the lady upfront and she said it was cleaned and thats the work they do as she continued to help another guy... then she turns and looks at me and says "did u need anything else"..... I LITTERALY GOT ROBBED $400! I would never come here again or would not recommend anyone. BEWARE!
