  • Avoid like the plague. I mistakenly thought he would act in the best interest of the child but no he does not many times he acts contrary to the child's best interest and punishes the parent who is more emotionally bonded and inclined towards nurturing. 30k and counting into the bottomless FCE coffers and he allowed the current situation to develop. My child goes for extended periods of time and is not allowed any communication with me. The other parent drinks and drives and neglects our child and I am forced to sit by and when I object he threatened me. He told me he would flip the schedules if I objected to him increasing the other parents parenting time. The other parent happens to be an alcoholic and a flaming narcissist. Weinstock spotted the other parents lying on testing and frequent lies in session but he seemed to flip flop and get sucked in. I did not appreciate being threatened by this "professional" especially when it concerns my child's safety and I did not appreciate his willingness to fudge the facts in his PC report to the court. My recommendation is if you have to have a PC go with someone with ethics like Dr. DJ Gaughan Dr Weinstock has No understanding of attachment parenting and seems ignorant about child development in general He seems to have an overly large ego and his view changes with the seasons
