  • My experience is quite different than the other two reviews. Eric inspected two homes: the one I was purchasing and the one I was selling. I have to say he is incredibly inconsistent - many (read not one or two, or even three or four but Many) safety and other issues found on one home were not noted on the other and vice versa. I also had a bit of a problem that the termite inspector not only performed and inspection but also provided a quote. Im sure this is a convenience to some but the quote was a "low ball" and prevented me from negotiating the use of a company I trust for pest control. Personally, I would not use him again.
