| - 2 stars for samples -- I was impressed with how quickly Blinds Chalet got me samples of their blinds. I decided to get a designer blind for my bathroom. Measured twice, submitted my order, waited two weeks -- and got something with the dimensions swapped from what I had said. I checked the email: sure enough, the confirmation had them backwards. In retrospect, I should have been vigilant about them getting the order wrong, but I buy things online all the time and never really have a problem.
Anyway, I called customer service and waited for awhile, and gave up without ever speaking to a human being. Sent an email, and got a call back a couple days later. The person who called me basically said it's my fault, they accept absolutely no returns or exchanges, and they'll make another one for "40%" off--which sounds good until you realize that their website always lists everything at "33%" off. So they were offering me a 7% discount, or bubkes. I told them thanks but no thanks.
