  • Cindi is the most unpleasant person in customer service I have ever dealt with. She made me feel like she doesn't want our business. I was asking her for her help and she was getting frustrated, mad, and yelling at me over the phone. I would like to think she was having a bad day but unfortunately this wasn't the first time she was so unpleasant over the phone. I have called her multiple times with big orders and she has always been very rude and unpleasant. She yelled at me over the phone asking why I don't have the correct name down and why is my pricing off? I had called her a month ago and she gave me those pricing that I put in our order. When I asked her why is she so agitated and if she even wants our business, she got more unpleasant and just gave the phone to the next person. I will never use Vista for any of our needs anymore.
