I'm glad I read the reviews, I know it's not us. However, (other than Erin) the service here is frustrating. Any call from corporate is rude and inaccurate to where we just don't want to answer. When I reported a credit card mischarge with from a fraudulent company they were miserable. I felt like they didn't want to help as the manager complained how much work she had to do and suggested I go back to the restaurant a third time. Not friendly smiles, no warm greeting. Just borderline nasty . Regrettable we opened here.
7/14 had a very surprising and fair phone call with the Vice President moments ago. Even though we were surprised with a call from the semi-anonymous posting we instead were met with an honest , frank and accountable response to a breach in customer service. It was refreshing to have someone state that there is a problem and we are going to fix it. If the next visit the service improves I'll amend or remove my review (I was not asked to)
