  • Just got my X1 here. John Wayne was very kind and supportive, showing different model and packages patiently, let me test drive the car quite a long while, and explained the key functions on it carefully. I didn't take it right away, visited other dealers in the valley, but at the end I still came back and bought it from John, not only because of the car, but also the friendly people there. (After I paid and got the keys, John spent half more hour demonstrating the functions in the car to me, and made an appointment to come back at weekend to have a specialist to help on the menu and settings. That's so nice!)
