  • I purchased an SUV over a year ago from this location. The salesman was great, the price was reasonable, and the sale went smoothly. I asked if I could have a rear camera installed and they told me that it would be an additional $1,000. I figured it was worth it for the safety, and I had the amount added to my purchase price and the service department installed the camera. Unfortunately the camera only worked about half of the time, so I dropped the vehicle off for it to be fixed. Several days later I picked my SUV back up and the camera still was only working about half of the time. I dropped the vehicle back off with the service department, and again within a couple of days it stopped working correctly. We went back and forth several times over a period of months, and finally I asked to speak privately with one of the department managers. By this point the camera was working maybe once every nine or ten times that I put the gear in reverse. I asked the manager how she would feel if she paid $1,000 for an item that worked 10% of the time. She was very sympathetic and told me that she was going to personally speak to the owner of the shop that they contracted with to install back-up cameras. She also promised me that I would hear back from her within 24 hours. That was five months ago. I now have a great SUV with a piece of junk camera that I was charged $1,000 for that does not work, and I simply gave up on the service department that couldn't fix or replace it, and couldn't even keep their promise to call me back. Sadly, they never even offered to discount my payments to reflect the fact that they sold me a nonfunctional item. I give this location two stars because at least they sold me a great SUV for a decent price. I would have given only one star if the vehicle itself was defective. Be very wary of having them install equipment upgrades, and stay far away from the service department .
