  • We ordered 2 bagles toasted, we come home to find them both burnt on one side, mostly black. We called to complain and the manager said to say a password to get 2 free bagels in our next return. So we did that in our next visit, but wouldn't accept it since we had no receipt. They did not mention on the call to bring a receipt with us. Bad customer service. I refuse to give them more of my money, Ended up going down the street to Dunkin Donuts for my bagels, just because of the experience I had with them. Will not return.
