  • Worst after hours care my child has ever received. I called my pediatricians office and asked for a recommendation for after hours pediatric urgent care since they would be closing soon. They recommended this place, only to find out later it was because they were owned by the same company. I had an appointment for my 2.5 yr old son at 640, went into the room at 720 and was done being seen by 723. NOT exaggerating. My kiddo has been sick for over a week, but had recently developed a fever over the past 36 hours and after 3 days of antibiotics was getting worse instead of better. The "doctor" looked in his ears, nose and throat and said he has a cold. Keep taking the same antibiotic and follow up with his PCP. He tried to school me on how antibiotics don't work after just one dose, uhh I said he was on his 3rd dose and he kept saying the wrong drug I told him he was on and that my expectations were too high and I needed to go home and keep giving him the med. Really!!?? JERK! If this is how a Pediatrician treats his patients, get the heck out of this business! We could have went across the street to the taco shop and gotten better care! If you want quality service, go elsewhere!!!!
