  • After 7 years of having Elite do our preventive maintenance on our heating and cooling systems, I am DONE with them. After coming out and telling us that we needed a $1000 service on one of our units, they failed to show up on two different occasions to complete the service. On the original call, once it was determined that the unit needed service, he wouldnt write up an estimate and then the technician put on the high pressure tactics to replace both of our units at $5000 each. After further review of the events and talking with the Elite dispatcher, the wife and I determined that the technician is probably running a scam. He's using the truck, equipment and materials of the company but doing it "off the books" on his own time to pocket straight cash. We have a call in for the owner to get in touch with us but so far, no response. No thanks. We are going with Goettl from here on out.
