| - I've been going to the same doctor at this place for over ten years now. The doctor is great. The only reason I keep going back. The staff on the other hand always leaves me disappointed. As stated in a previous review, you can always expect a thirty minute or more wait before getting called back. You can also expect to be setting in a room by yourself for another thirty minutes or more. Also as stated before, expect the paperwork and interview questions to be repetitive and administered by a completely uninterested staff person. So, clearly I've gotten used to it, whats my beef? Well, the doctor says I need to get some vaccinations. Sure, no problem, what ever he thinks. He leaves and a staff person comes in and shoves a "Notification of Financial Responsibility" form in my face to sign. It states there's an estimated cost of over $500 out of pocket if my insurance doesn't cover the vaccinations. I asked her why she didn't check with the insurance company. The first thing they checked was my insurance information. She said quote "That is your responsibility". So, confused and a little frustrated, I decided to go home without the shots and check. Turns out they are covered by my insurance. "Mint Hill Primary Care", your welcome, I'm always glad to step in and do someone else's job for them. Will I come back and waist another hour and a half for the XXX shots? PROBABLY NOT!!!!
