  • I went to Nordstrom next door to refill an Angel perfume bottle. They were out of stock so they sent me to Dillard's as they also refill the same brand. Turns out the clerk at Nordstrom broke the pump valve in the lid when they too the cap off. The staff at Dillard's could not get the cap back on so they gave me a brand new 1.7 oz bottle in the box which Nordstrom was not willing to do. The Dillard's clerks went above and beyond to help me.
