All of the doctors and staff are amazing at this facility. This clinic is my first choice for my pets. Here is my only concern and the reason I did not give them 5 stars.
I wrote a letter to the hospital regarding this issue.
Hello to the Centennial Animal hospital owners,
As a pet parent to two senior dogs who have been treated at your facility since their puppyhood, I would like to state that it is very disappointing that you took away the ability to use Care Credit for payment in your facility. Realizing that the cost of veterinary care is often unexpected and quite emotional, I chose to open a care credit account just for my unexpected veterinary care issues. Your decision to not use care credit for future transactions will certainly make me reconsider the thought of moving any future pets to a new facility who does take care credit. Care credit allows me to pay off veterinary bills over a period of time with no interest, and I use my care credit only for veterinary care. I personally do not think you made this decision with your customers in mind and should reconsider the option of using care credit in the future. While I like your doctors and staff and will continue with your facility with my current pets, in the future, I need to have the flexibility and financing to support any unexpected and catastrophic veterinary medical issues with my pets via care credit and may move to a new veterinary clinic.
Please reconsider adding back care credit financing to your facility.
