Once upon a time I bought a Hyundai Sonata. I had issue after issue with it and as a result I spent a lot of time in their Hyundai service department. Each and every single time I have visited them, it has been a stressful, disorganized mess of a nightmare. The first experience I remember is when I came to pick up my vehicle after work one evening and nobody could find my keys. I was then advised to "hurry home" and (hopefully) make it back with my spare key before they closed. I had 20 minutes to get home and back with no promise from anyone willing to help stay or ensure me that I wouldn't be wasting even more of my time in doing so. Nobody cared that myself and my 1 year old daughter were stranded in a parking lot at night because they misplaced my keys. No remorse or shame whatsoever. If I was buying another POS car I'm sure they would have waited an eternity to rob me of my last penny. Due to this ordeal I was offered a "complimentary" full detail. To which they also botched entirely, when I came to pick up my car after 4 hours and even the windows were still dirty! I could have had a better wash from a drive thru at a local gas station! Also, I prepaid for 3 oil changes.. Since I couldn't deal with the lemon of the Hyundai I purchased, I had traded in the car for a Toyota 4Runner and it was now due for an oil change. I call, ask the service representative "Jacob" and he says I'll have to come in and sign a form to transfer it to my new car. "Yeah sure, no problem!" He says.. I book the appointment for today at 2PM. I show up today on my only day off and sit in the bay for about 15 minutes with not a soul in site. I get out and walk into the service department and still no acknowledgment for probably another 10-15 minutes. Then when I finally do get some attention (while still on the phone and in between his conversation with whoever was on the other line) I was informed that Mr. Jacob is "fairly new" and must have misinformed me. I was then advised that I could PURCHASE another oil change for my new vehicle. Literally the ONLY reason I came back to that mess was because of the credit I had for the prepaid oil changes. You guys are a joke!! You'll never get another penny from me or anyone else that I come into contact with. No apologies were made and although I was offered a complimentary oil change (after I left and drove away to a different shop) I declined. I would rather set my hair on fire than to have any more service "experiences" within your facility. I feel your ratings would be even lower if we didn't HAVE to give you one star just to make the post. Worst customer service and sloppiest SHIT SHOW in town... Watch out people, can't say I didn't warn you.
PS: Please save your generic "we're sorry for the inconvenience, we appreciate your feedback" blah blah BS, I don't want to hear it. Thanks.
