Gym is the worst. Customer service with front desk and management is terrible. I've asked them to fix equipment on multiple occasions. Not sure why I have to if it's to code and being maintained and checked by staff as they should. Always something is broken and requiring repair or missing. DO NOT USE THE EQUIPMENT OTHER THAN THE YOGA MATS AND FREE WEIGHTS or else beware. The treadmill has been down now since for at least a month, the other treadmill and recumbent bike had their misspelled out of order signs ripped off because people stopped caring whether it was fixed or still broken and technically unsafe. Management's response is to "happily terminate my membership with partial refund". I feel like they should pay me for checking out their equipment for them almost on the daily and reporting issues to them. I really hope the hotel owners realize that perhaps the management and staff should be a little bit more on the ball and to stop charging services they don't know how to upkeep. Never using this hotel in future for anyone I know.
In the restaurant, the staff in the bar are inattentive and eating around the corner or over attentive and serving drinks without being asked for a refill. The food was terrible we ordered apps and then decided to eat elsewhere. Ordered three or four drinks and the cups were dirty every other time.
