  • They did a nice job installing the overhead racks in our garage. My only objection (and thus the 4 stars instead of 5) is that they charged us credit card fees for using our credit card which wasn't disclosed ahead of time. This isn't standard practice, so as a common courtesy you should let your clients know ahead of time (whether verbally or on your website) that there is a fee for using a credit card. Otherwise, I am pleased with their service and product.
