It has been four months and three haircuts (at a different salon), since my terrible experience with this place, and my hair is finally back to normal now.
I went in for a trim. Yes, just a trim. It took over an hour just for the haircut, I didn't get it blow dryed or styled or anything else. The "stylist" couldn't cut any of it evenly, so she kept taking more off and adding layers trying to fix it, but it just kept getting worse. I finally asked her to stop, and I left. It was completely chopped up. There was a section in the back that was a good 3 inches shorter than the rest of my hair. I called the manager, and she offered to fix it for free. After the manager's best efforts, she told me she "did the best she could." That's how bad it was.
Now four months later and three good haircuts from somewhere else, my hair is back to normal.
You get what you pay for. Lesson learned.
