Ask for BOB! :) he is very professional. 4 stars because Larry was exceptional staff. I only brought my my jetta in for a recall thank god it was not something else, or i could see them charging me up the you know what. I think everything got fixed fine, but time will tell if the service dept is honest in their business practices. Some of the service reviews on here well they're not good. I expected they would try to add more charges for my visit. They did not though so Its good, however i can easily see the dept tacking on ridiculous expenditures because when they come to break the news to their customers sitting down well every time i had seen the havoc it caused the customer-very unprofessional and they don't seem to take the time to break the bad news. They could start by treating the customer better instead of a number. Sounds as if they claim tire repairs as the most common unexpected service to be fixed. I like how larry opened the door to the building for me and shook my hand. Please keep larry working for your company! He's a scholar and knows whats going on there. They received my car quickly because i had an appointment most likely. Book early around 8am! Too many staff ignored the front desk phone calls --not good. Overall, the company will survive if they improve customer satisfaction rating and trust:) good luck
